mansion Helena is laterally built on a hill of where
one a beautiful view of the Ioni sea and the beach
has. It is ideal for small group or a family. Further
sleep possibilities would be realized over sleep
furnace. A bedroom has an attached tub bath. The
other one has an attached shower. On the terrace
a small mini pool is in form of an extra large bath
tub, in which one knows itself times briefly cooling.

The price refers up to 4 persons. Please contact us if you want to arrive with more than 4 persons. We will submit you an individual price. For incidental / final cleaning we calculate a single amount per rental of 180,- Euro. On arrival, you need to plant a deposit of 300,- Euro. You will get this back, one day after departure if no damage or defects are detected. The house has to be fully cleaned on your departure. Otherwise, we have to add you the amount of cleaning the house. By booking more than 20 days, we grant you a discount. Further agreements only by personal appointment. |
