house on the edge of traditional Greek vilarea with
sea and mountain views

The
old stone house has a beautiful garden with olives,
coconut trees and a 11sqm large considered pool,
which is surrounded by a stone wall and serves therefore
perfectly as view protection. There are altogether
5 terraces of those three as dining corner is usable.
Two of the terraces are considered and offer in
the summer pleasant shade. In the proximity of the
mulberry tree and at the pool hammocks are present,
which leave the soul to invite. The whole house
was sketched with safety barriers for infants on
all stairs just like on both ways to the pool. The
main area is extraordinarily large and takes th
e whole ground floor. By the large Glaswand to the
sea side one has fantastic prospect on the sea and
the islands a Kefalonia and a Zakynthos. The bathroom
is a beautifully sketched and roomy area with prospect
on the sea. An additional shower is outside on the
main terrace below the pool with warm and cold water.
The mansion has altogether 3 bedrooms, 1 super large
dwelling with passage to the open kitchen with traditional
fire-place. It has 2 WC, 1 bath, a small quiescent
area in the basement and had a central heating.
The Greeks bend to it, between 2 - 5 p.m. o'clock
to sleep. They call it the "Mesi Meri".

| The
price refers on up to 4 persons. Please you inquire,
if they want with more than 4 persons journeys.
We submit then an individual price to them. For
additional expenses/cleaning we compute a unique amount per
renting of 180. - Euro. With journey is a renting
bail of 300. - € to deposit. These keep it
fully transferred one day after your departure,
if no damage or lack had to be brought in departure.
The house as well as the exterior installations
are to be handed over with departure broom clean.
Otherwise we permit to charge for itself the cleaning
specially. In reservation of more than 20 days we
grant you gladly a deduction. Further agreements
only by personal arrangement. |
